The battery is good because i tried it in another quad. The neutral light won't even light up. nothing happens when i try to turn over. is there a relay or something that could be bad. any ideas

You may have a problem with the neutral light circuit. The starter won't work unless it thinks the bike is in neutral. No idea how complex or otherwise this circuit is on a Badger, you are best getting a wiring diagram to check this circuit. Other possibilities are a blown fuse or bad earth, but could be a faulty ignition switch or broken wire.
