Default Carb issue

So I have a 2003 Yamaha warrior 350 I took the carb apart to clean prior to doing so I could get the wheeler to run but only with the choke fully on so once I cleaned it put it ball on the bike and now it's like I'm getting no gas at all won't start with choke can only get a fire from spraying starting fluid in it any ideas what to do next

Jets were probably stopped up the first time by having to use choke. Second time you had it off could be the needle valve stuck. Once is enough on pulling a carb. Rebuild it and you shouldn't have to go back through it.https://www.ebay.com/itm/YAMAHA-YFM3...VUUom5&vxp=mtr
