Default Blowing 4wd fuse

Having trouble chasing down this short that's blowing fuses on my 2005 kodiak 450. As long as the servo isnt hooked up and you hit the 4wd and dif lock buttons no short but soon as the servo is hooked up ( just hanging not mounted)it will work a couple times then blow the fuse. I tore the servo down looks good in side took the motor out hooked it to the battery and it worked fine., could it still be something in the servo or maybe a wire going out ? I have 2 plugs on mine my manual only shows one ,where does the second plug with 4 wires go I think it was light blue, brown, black and blue.

May be worth trying this website https://www.501parts.com/product-cat...-servo-motors/ he used to post on here, but got Trolled over the price he charges for new servo motors and doesn't post any more.
