I didn't see your website address, did I miss something?

Just an FYI,
Bikeworx has a single carb intake system for the Raptor. It is (I think) a 45mm flatside Mikuni. I spoke to them on Friday about some mods and they said it will be very hard to get more than 60 HP out of the Raptor with the stock intake. He said you can get an approx 10 HP gain with just the carb and intake change. I asked about using FCR and unfortunately he said they won't fit, due to hitting something (I forget what).

Oh well just trying to get you some info if you didn't already know.

my jetting is 160-165. The headpipe gave better rev then the stocker. lost a tad bit of torque but gained throttle response also. i think it was worth the money.

mtecate4g did you just change the mains or did you play with the pilots and needles too??? I just ordered some 175, 170, 65, 160 mains and some 25 pilots.

So why would you mod your Raptor to sell it for a Utility machine? I see its on eBay. Did you crash it too many times? What gives.
