SOunds like a loose connection on the battery to me. IF you used a pressure washer...you could have blown some water past the starter seal. There is so much to look at.
I had a 300ex that did the same thing...click..click..nothing..It ended up being a loose connection on the battery...Most likely the negative terminal.
