A mate of mine has a 1998 Big Bear 2x4
The cable broke that goes to the rear brake pedal which allows him to put it into reverse is there any easy way to do away with needing the brake on so he wont have to buy a new cable??

 

Yeah there is. On the forward reverse shifter there is a cable that goes into the front of it.just unscrew it part of the way or all ao the way.This will bypass thew safety switch.
