What did he use to make them? Sounds like these guys are trying to make snorkels too using radiator hosing. I think I've seen some pretty large clear tubing at landscaping stores that specialize in pond materials, etc.

Kodiak Amy - any pics of your Kodiak with the snorkels? I would love to see how you have them set up.

Geez, I wish he was here that way I could give you guys details. This is what I know....

2" Black pipe PVC type tubing (don't know the exact name of it)
Back snorkel: basically, he took the air box thingy (I'm a chic, give me a break...lol)completely off, and just ran the pipe from there over to the left side, then up to the rear rack, and it did a loopty thing (for more protection from water).

Front Snorkel: He took the square piece off, cut a hole in it (I think), attached the black pipe with a rubber connector thing, and ran it up through the front rack. You will have to cut a hole in the top black piece.

Now that I have you all confused....pics

If that link doesn't work, I'll post the other one (computer is messed up right now, gotta fix it in a minute)

;KodiakAmy, how do you like the bearclaws? I got mine today. Should have them mounted by weekend.
Didn't mean to change subject, but had it on my mind.
Thanks, Mark

Mark,
I love my Bear Claws! My advice to anyone with them, only put about 4 psi in them. Anything more and you're getting the heck beat out of you, anything less, and it doesn't feel right. They WILL climb out of ruts, which is what I love more than anything. Let me know how you like yours.

Amy
