Hey guys,

Go to dirt wheels sight and, I can't remember what its under but they have a good story on clutches and how they work.
After you read this, it will answer all the questions I just seen in this thread.

 

Powershifting without the clutch will round off the "Dogs" which are the engagement dogs on the sides of the gears. Eventually, on some trannys sooner than others, the rounded off dogs will simply not stay engaged and you will have a whole bunch of new neutrals.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
