Here is the deal.... I have a 88 ysr that I am parting out.... the reason I am parting it out is that after levaing it in a garage for 2 years I could not get a aprk out of it. Now some guy wants to buy the motor and he asked me if there was anything wrong with it.... I know the rest of the motor was good cuz I just had it rebuilt before I put it away and I poured some oil in the cylinder to make shure it stays lubricated.

But since the bike was not making any spark How can I find out if the stator is in good condition. I can remove it but I dunno what to look for ?????

BTW IT IS JUST MADE LIKE A BLASTER BUT SMALLER.....
