Sense my blaster sucks so bad maybe you should embarass me on those dune hills. I know you ride them because on your scale it puts the blaster on the bottom for dunes. I have yet to see a 400ex handle better than my little tipsy blaster.

does it have power? yes
hows the suspention for small jumps?(10-20 footers) Sucks, but deal with it until you get money for aftermarket shocks.

can it wheelie in 3rd gear? I can have mine come up in 4th with no pull, but I have alot of mods.
is it comparable to a 400ex? With 1,000 into the engine yes..
is it cramped?(5'7) Not for you, you should be fine.
40" doesnt sound very wide, even a big bear is 43", where as the small quads like a trx300 is 45.something. is the blaster wide enough? No, get an axle and a-arms.

easy to start? YES

how often do you have to repair the engine? I havent had mine in the shop to get rebuilt once, and I bought it in 2002.

but, being realistic... The 400EX's suspension is miles ahead of the blasters. If you havnt seen a 400EX outhandle you, well, then you've never seen a good rider ride a 400EX. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Remember.. 400EX suspension is basically 250R suspension. Your not saying that your blaster could outhandle a 250R, now are you?

It would take a LOT of mods, (suspension, engine, braking, everything) to equal 400EX performance from a blaster. More than just a pipe, and some little nick nacks.

What do you expect? The 400 is 5700 bucks give or take, and the blaster is 3 grand.
