Warrior Carb Problem

No, if you rev it slow, it revs fine. If you punch it, it dies.

I had that problem to with my Warrior. And if I am remembering right I think that the main jet was too rich.

Hi,

The carbs on the Warrior and the Wolverine are very much alike,I also had a bad stumble off idle,found the accelerator pump was sticking down,take out the factory spring on the pump rod,it is a joke,almost no tension to it. Take the spring out of a click type ink pen,it is the exact same size,and it will always push the rod back, also check the chamber the rod moves in for little burrs that may cause the rod to bind. After that, I never had one problem. Hope that helps.

I second that 95wolvy. That is true. I would get a carb rebuild kit and use that new spring. Also YOu needel seesm to be to far down. try 2nd or 3rd. Put the stock jet back in it.

You think the stock jet should be used even with the e-series and K&N ??

I would try running a 148, 150 or 155 main and seem how the Warrior responds to each of those.
