I can't figure out why it does this. To me if it were truely the clutch disc slipping wouldn't it do it when I climb steeb inclines?? It only does it if I'm WOT for a long time or if I take a real tight turn WOT and my rear tire hit the berm. Can anyone explain this to me?

At extended WOT you have a extended load that is building a lot of heat that can cause your clutch to slip. When you hit a berm you are creating a shock load that can cause your clutch to slip. I believe these are early warning signs that your clutch is ready for replacement. It'll probably start getting progressively worse. Also I heard some automotive oils have additives that can affect clutch performance.

I dose sound like early signs of clutch failure. It would be a good idea to check what oil you are using make sure it has no anti friction modifiers in it that would cause the clutch to slip.

You could also change the clutch springs for heavy duty ones. Really an easy job to do and not too expensive.

Replace the springs! Friction plates maybe a bit blue but if still within spec re-use them. Check the rear axle hubs to see if there loose or possibly bad splines.
