Repacking Silencers...

i heard somewere that you can repack with fiberglass insulation. as anyone ever heard of this or tried it? i mean what can go wrong, its just the silencer?

It will prolly blow completely out the first ride. I like the MSR packing, its long strings instead of fibers, and it doesn't blow out for a long, long time.
