warrior clicking

my warrior has a clicking down in the gearbox it i think thats were its coming from could there be a tooth broke off. last time i changed the oil it had fine shavings in it. whats wrong befor I start to tear it down i need a clue.

Some fine particals in the oil are normal, but warriors have a problem in a cluster gear in the back of the trans - the bearings in this cluster gear work there way out of the gear and bind on the cases. If you warrior does not push around the garage as easy as other quads and you have aluminum shavings I would definitely have that checked - after a while it can ruin the cases.

The clicking noise can be alot of stuff besides the transmission though, check for a broken front sprocket tooth or bad chain roller

I would put it up on a jack, start it up and put it in gear to also help find the problem.
