Yep, Roostking got the best of me last night.
The best I could do was a 5.721 @ 54.11 MPH.
BUT!!!!!!!! WE WILL HAVE A REMATCH!!!!!

my 60 foot times on that run were 2.2, and my reaction time was
0.955!!!! Next time I will be prepaired. I will have an air pressure gauge and a DC pump.I will soften the rear shock and strap it down, and soften the fronts too. I will pump the rears up so that there is some spin.

My problem was my launches. I could not launch the bike worth of crap the whole night. It sucked! I would wheelie like crazy, or walk it out.
I could never just GET ON IT from the line. (hence the 2.2 60 ft, and this was my best) The traction was too great. Im used to launching
in second or even third at glamis comp hill where there is lots of spin.

I came from 5000 feet to zero in elevation, and had only 3 jets to work with.

All in all it was fun, but dissapointing because I know my Zilla is good for so much faster. Troy, good racing and I hope your shoulder is better soon.

I learned one thing for sure... the mod-ability of Shee's.
Out of 50 bikes (?) 45 were Shees, 3 Raptors, 1 250R, and 1 Zilla.

But Troys Shee? Yea, I can take him easy when I get my launch down pat.

edit) I also learned what porting can do for a shee.. (well, that
and a lightend flywheel..and whatever other tricks Troy had up his sleeve) Troy, did you see that stock blue Shee that I raced a few times? Even walkin my Zilla out of the gate I was able to come back
and get him by 3-4 lengths consistently.

Pretty bold statement! 2 tenths of a second is alot harder to make up than you might think, and as you know, i was wheelying off the line pretty bad, hence the messed up shoulder. Its all good though, competition will make us both better and faster! Ill be there in two weeks for some more sand drag action. See if you can take the "trophy" home then. Now for the kicker, should we make a 2 outta 3 for the entry fee? that should really spice up the competitive juices!

I didnt see you race that stock banshee, and when i say stock, i mean STOCK, as in stock pipes, stock filter, etc. Its not nice to pick on stock anything wth a ported anything...I know you didnt want to race him, that would not be fair and not even worth bragging about, Thats how its lines up though sometimes...

Roostking...
