Need a little help with a Part on a 2002 warrior.

what is this little black box under the back fenders, it has to wire harnesses going to it one smaller than the other. The markings on it are 5nf-00 F8T38675 1626 and it looks like a Mitsubishi sign and it says exterior PBT interior PUR

If you have all those numbers, a quick call to the dealer would be faster than trying to get the answer here,you might even search online at a parts web site.

dealer does not open for 1 hour! LOL me very impatient!

If it is about 3"X4", it is the CDI box.

yep that is what it is I now have the wire order and now going to pull the back fenders to get this wire in good reach then I will pop out the little wire connector and rewire hope this fixes this! I will report back soon!

all fixed now time to change the oil and tighten the drivechain!

Let us know how it comes out,and if you pinpoint the problem.Could help someone else out there if they start having the same thing happen.
