I agree just remove it .... BUT just do it your self! It costs nothing an no parts need to be made ,no need to even buy a kit.
Simply remover the clutch cover remover the clip that holds on the plastic oil pump gear. and remover the gear. Then put the cover back on.
Now just block off the oil inlet on the carb with either a vacuum hose plug ( availible at any automotive store) or som jb weld or epoxy.
thats it, if you do it this way ( removing pump drive gear so it wont work)and do not remove the pump from the cover then you don't need to buy a kit, and now you can remover all the lines and tank.
