I just sent my Warrior into the shop because one weld is broke, one bracket is broke and it looks like the down tube in the same location is bent or cracked. It is still under warranty and the dealer says I will probably get a new frame. Has anyone else had to deal with any warranty issues like this. Thank you

 

Yes. As long as it is still covered by the factory warranty and you do not particiapte in organized racing, a frame will be covered by this warranty.
