I never said that I thought the "act" was right......nor did I say that I or anyone I work with does those things..........just that it does happen.
Let me explain what I mean by "it does happen".........
I worked at a dealership at one time who's owner would drop by on Saturdays to pick up a few quads for his hunting buddies to ride that following Sunday!!! He would then bring them back on Monday and having the setup guys wash them and put them back on the showroom floor like they were still fresh from the crate!!!! Would I do that?? Ofcourse not. Never buy a quad from Prairie Pointe Powersports in Mississippi.

hey its easy to solve.
when i took my rap in for service, i did a walkaround of the raptor with a camcorder IN THE SERVICE DEPT. then the camcorder and i went home. work done VERY nicely.
plus i have the extended warranty just in case.....
being an old GM dealer guy, i have seen more folks either do that in the service drive or inform someone that it has been done. hey, even some dealers videotape a car coming in [a walkaround] when some of those [special] customers show up..... has saved a lot of grief.... jmho
have fun...trust no one. the ultimate motivator is ALWAYS cash.

but once a few people get on your case about it you changed your song . really nice i bet a lot of people on this forum have lost the littel bit of respect u had .
as for this statement

I have a 66 shelby thats red with the white stripes 289 HIPO and I've seen it going sideways a few times entering and exiting my local FOrd dealer and its always a kid my age (25) that is driving it. Its a risk I suppose we all take with having toys like that, even though its dead wrong. I'm guilty of it when a buddy leaves keys in his truck/car or quad. Its the kid mentality of its not yours so you want to try it

As for respect.......If someone gathered from my post that I condone these activities, I would rather not have theior respect anyway. Respect in these forums mean nothing. I have nothing to gain by having the "respect" of someone who lives a thousand miles away.
Knowledge is power and stupidity is for the weak.........Ofcourse, being stubborn is just plain lazy.
