RoostKing - doesn't your sig say "blown up again"???????
350x - do something with your carb and get the compresion up... It'll take am alcohol burning stroker or long rod Banshee to run with the Zilla.
Just the facts man.

first of all, i want to say that i think you made the right choice for you, if you like your quad. it's all about what you want and need, not what everybody else tells you.
just for the record, i want to say that banshees are lighter than zillas.... someone said to the contrary earlier and that's nuts.
also, just for the record, i've never had a problem with mine... and i've never rebuilt the top end. the only thing that annoys me about mine is that the kickstarter rattles loudly when i ride.... i had to get a large rubber band to strap it still after i kick it! other than that, no problems. oh ya, the adjustment bolts fell out. that's it.
happy riding!

Mr350X,
Yea, Glamis does rock. Im hoping to go again in two weeks. I still think you should sell the Zilla and run with the fast crowd! Ill let you know for sure when Im going.
Truck racer,
A long rod or an Alky burner is what it takes to beat a Lt 500? Those are not the facts. That is pure dreaming. I know i say I never lose to a zilla, you will say you never lose to a banshee, but the numbers dont lie. Year after year, one sand dune at a time, the banshee has proven itself to be the best duner and the quad with the most hop-up potential. Bring your Zilla out this way and you will see what I mean. On the big weekends, there is never a 500 that runs anywhere near the built banshees that rule the hill. As far as my quad, well that cant be blamed on the banshee. One of my radiator hoses popped off as I was racing down the wash road.
I would take a 500 over the Banshee for hillclimbing on dirt, but for the dunes, the banshee is the tops.

Your right, was thinking of one I saw on ebay that swore it weighed like 327 (closer to lt250r). Zilla weighs 6 lbs more than a banshee. On a side note how much can you bore/stroke a zilla out before it starts to vibrate and want to fall apart.
