Maybe get new studs put in it to hold the gear onto the basket

My son has a blaster, and i also own a banshee and a 2001 Raptor. as far as your clutch problem the gear should not be loose that attaches to the clutch basket. my banshee had a loose one so i went on ebay and purchased a used one at a good price, always email the seller and ask questions. if they never reply then don,t bid.
