the shee doesn't just have pipes, decked head, high compression, and advanced timing. it's port and polished, modified reed intake, and running large methanol carbs. i think that a 90 hp port job is highly overrated and unlikely too i was just wandering what everyone else thought.

 

Anything is possible I guess, ask to be present at a dyno run or have them guarantee your power output. Also, I bet thats 90hp at the crank or flywheel.

 

If you guys dont drag race then you need to shut your mouth. Anybody who is fluent in drag racing knows 90 horses out of a 350 banshee IS easily reachable. ANY shop can get you a 90 horse 350 banshee. You can talk to K&T, Kurtz, Twister, Ohton, D&M, blah blah blah. The list goes on. Your ignorance is steering this person in the wrong direction. If you need more info on who to go with go ahead and PM me and ill give you my personal preference and why! Id go with 35's for the carbs with adj. powerjets, modified cages, CPI pipes, maybe go with a pro design plate so you can advance your timing more then a stock plate, some 10 paddle ultra lites will really help you get moving too. Might even go with some 9's for better top end. If you doubt dynoedge's work they HAVE an inhouse dyno. Maybe a few of you would like to put a little wadger on this? I know their work and its very good. Their 7mm produces 110 horses! A&S also has some incredibly fast running 350's as well. Again PM if you have any more questions.

 

Ok, he said a 90 HP PORT JOB.. NO ONE can give you a 90 HP port job. He then did mention methanal which will go along way towards hitting that 90 HP. Question is, does he know how to correctly setup/run meth???

And a 7mm motor hardly qualifies as a simple port job...

Most of us (that race these at least) know that you wont make 90 horses off of gas. So we just assume its methanol, our assumptions are usually right. Anyways, he listed more then just porting, you wont get 90 horses just by porting a cylinder. I think we ALL know this. He listed some components with also make the 90 horse mark attainable.

And yes, i know a 7mm is more then just porting, i was stating a fact that the guys from dynoedge know their motors.
