Default rebuilt banshee

I just rebuilt my shee. Wiseco pistons,Boyesen power reeds,Bored 20 over. I am still running the stock pipes, and it has dual stage air filter. My problem is it has a dead spot around one eighth thorttle . It idles fine,It runs wide open fine, the plugs look good, it just has this dead spot a little past idle. Has anybody had this problem and or know what I should try first? I"m thinking pilot jet. but i'm not sure...Any thoughts would be appreceated Thanks Bob...
