I can get a great deal on each of these, but am not sure which dealer is lying(both). Any info would be appreciated. The machine will primarily be used to plow snow, icefishing and getting me to my tree stand.

Might be a bit late to reply, but I would go with to sp600 twin. It's stronger for towing, better in the muck, quieter, just as reliable, and
American made.


Polaris - The "Only" Way Out

 

By the way, I plow 12-14 driveways everytime it snows here in WV, and my Sportsman 600 make very easy work of it, plus the shifter is a whole lot easier to shift back and forth without the gates of the grizz.

 

I will agree with sp......I like the polaris utilities.......I used to have a 500HO and it had plenty of power........and not many problems.....
I don't like the design of the grizzly...........I think the sp looks much better........

 

well if i rememeber right in the new ATV Sport i think the Griz was rated number one out of all the utillity quads i would personally want a grizzily cuz its a yami but the 600 twins r also nice.

 

I'm voting Grizz, and not just because I got one. More power, sportier, 4wd when you are going downhill, and all the same features the polaris has other than the stock tires. They do both have some bad points about them, but who cares. They both are pretty damn good.

Don't know why the Sp600 would be better for towing unless its the weight. Most people don't do much towing with them anyway. If thats your purpose, you might look into this though.
