I got my starter problem fixed but now I can't get my clutch adjusted right. When I have it adjusted so I can get any pull on it , it is very light, and way off from when I took it apart. Coulkd I have put something together wrong to have this problem?

You could have
I would loosen the cable, take it off the arm down by the motor. Then remove the circlip holding the clutch arm at the case and take the arm off the shaft.
then turn the shaft clockwise until it wont turn anymore. There is a dot on the arm, put the arm and spring on and make sure the dot lines up with the line on the case.
