Did I screw up again?

I am finishing up JE, hotcam swap.
Got my valve cover fixed and just about finished putting the motor together tonight.
With the head torqued down and the cam in place, I spun the motor to make sure that everything was free.
I hear a little "click" that is in the same spot in the rotation. It doesn't bind or anything. Should I be worried?

Dang, thats a tough one too answer. I hate too say it, but I would tear back down and find the click. Are you using the maintenance manual step by step? Clicking...I am thinking is the decompression mechanism working correct?
Did you install the cam chain tensioner correct? Meaning, installing the base onto the head with the tensioner retracted, and then install the spring / bolt so the tensioner only applies enough pressure as necessary....IMO, this is why people are having timing chain problems on their mild Raptor....improper assembly of the cam chain tensioner with the tensioner already fully extracted
Keep us posted bro.

It is at or near TDC and it is barely audible. It is hard to say what it sounds like.
It does it with the cam tensioner and camshaft itself off with me holding the timing chain up with my hand and turning the motor.
I guess that I will tear it back down and see what the deal is.

Are you missing any wrenches and do you have any open bags of kibbles and bits laying around?!
Seriously it sounds like the counter shaft like gary said.

Gasket
I paid extra for this gasket. Seems pretty crappy, but I'm no expert. The ring must have slipped down and I didn't notice it. Piston was hitting it. The "click" must have been it popping back into shape. lol
