Default AAEN MegaPower Pipe.

Anyone have any experience with this pipe? Looking for a slip on style for my 02 Sportsman 700 and this seems like the best deal so far.

Ya man it is a good slip on, fits good and simple bolt on. I would recommend the primary clutch weights and spring to go with it. I had this set up on my 800sp before going retarted on my engine mods. I'm going to install this same kit on my buddies 700 when I return home in another 2 weeks. I would also recommend installing a jet kit and a K&N air filter to let your engine breath better. Happy Trails.

07 800 sp, head porting, bored throttle body, high perf.cam, full velocity exhaust, complete team polaris clutches with adjustable weights and secondary helix, advanced timing key, K&N air filter, power commander usb3, heavy duty front and rear springs, front and rear brush guards, 30" mud lites

Planning on getting a Dirty Dawg Performance clutch kit for it as well. Hows the sound on the pipe?

The pipe sounds awsome a little loud but awsome. Aaen sells the clutch kit tuned for that pipe and I would strongly recommend a carb kit to compensate for the pipe and K&N air filter you will see a big diff in power.

Just bought the Dirty Dawg kit before I read that. Oh well. Comes with roller secondary. Whats all included in a carb kit?

The dynojet jet kit consist of larger main jet, needle and seat. It's a real good idea to invest in one. What I like about the non efi models is that the kit is only 20$ and not 380$ for a fuel management system for efi's( computerized). If your going big with the new models you absolutly need the power commander usb or something equivilant to it.$$$$$$$

Found an aluminum megapower pipe for $200. Sound like a decent deal or is the ceramic coated steel pipes better?
