85' LT230S Project.
Here's some updated progress on the $175 LT230S Rebuild.
All new Gaskets, Rings, Piston, Honed head, Seals, Handle bars (not on yet Anodizing Aluminum Red, Bare metal sand with (Truck Bed) painted, Evapo Rusted all bolts, Screws, washers, Rocker Arms, valve stems, springs. Took all the rust built up off (Great stuff).

Looking good! I really like the black and red scheme you've got going on there. Are you rebuilding the motor stock? Any other upgrades? Trailrider230s got me hooked on the lt250r front shocks and warrior rear shock. I got them for a very reasonable price on ebay and its probably the best money I've spent on mine! I run a uni air filter with dg rcm exhaust and although it is loud it is a very noticeable increase in power. Keep us posted!

I'm not so sure that vince is still in the parts business anymore but give him a call, can't hurt to check and he's a super nice guy to deal with too. Try bikebandit.com or maybe even denniskirk or rockymountain. I need to order a couple spares as well so I'll let you know what I come up with.
