Thanks also to Mywifesquad. Mine was the Sparkplug. The NGK just fired up. I bought an extra for the toolkit. And I missed the first day of Arizona riding yesterday!! And I only had to spend $2.00 out of the $1200 I saved on a big namebike!!!
Good deal RAMTechRC! Have you been running the stock spark plug until now?

What pressure do you run now? 8-9 would have been pretty harsh i would think.
I am a little slow with this, but I have them at 4 psi now. It rides much better that way.

Yes, I've had it since December, and haven't had any problems. All I did was switch the front tires around, and put a K&N on it. Nothing else ever happened, so I didn't mess with it. I let it sit for 2 months in July and August, and the battery died. But, so did my Honda. I guess I got a good one out of the bunch.

Or is it small/light enough to back it up with your feet like a motorcycle?
The 05's have reverse. They also have double wishbone suspension, as opposed to the single lower a-arms that the 04's had. The front suspension on the 05's works very well, as does the reverse. My 10 yr old son has had his since April and we haven't had a lick of trouble with it yet. My only complaint is the lack of ground clearance. He gets hung up alot, but he's learned how to find the right line on the trail.

and it says its a 2005 model??... maybe its not a Yamoto?

Mywifesquad is right. That's just some e-bay knock-off. Have to be carefull with those. For a picture of a real Yamoto 150, click on the racewayatv add at the top of the page. That's where I bought mine, and I would recommend them to anyone. Great service.

Ok, good to know... But wouldn’t the copies of the Yamoto be of the same quality? The specs are very similar?

From what I have read here, No Way! There is too many things to consider. And like LakotaJeff says, John at Raceway stands behind what he sells, most dont. If you are a good mechanic or you will be buying it from a established dealer. Some one who will give you people to contact about their services I may go for it. If not Id pass and pay a little more.

The Max load is 210lbs, I'm about 230, would I put too much strain to the motor
and or frame? I’m not planning to use it for jumps, just normal trail riding
at my cottage.
