1st off I would like to thank all of you out there that have made the Yamoto GY thread so popular. It has been one of Raceway's most active!!! So hats off to all of you! As a lot of you already know we have not carried the GY from Yamoto for some time. For a lot of reasons, I will not bore you with all that, but our company has entered a joint venture with Jetmoto USA. Which we have also talked about in other places in the ATV Connection forums.
We are very excited to let people know that we will be once again offering a 200cc enduro and trail bike. We had very good luck with these style bikes and are even more excited to offer the Jetmoto 200cc after testing them and experiencing there top notch quality! We are working hand and hand with Jetmoto to soon be offering a full line of upgrades for this bike and the whole Jetmoto line! I will keep you all posted as these type of things become available. At this time we are also ordering a full line of replacement parts for this bike. (Which will be available in about 3 weeks) As I said before not offering this style bike for over a year we did not have a need for to many replacement parts. I hope that anyone in the market for this style bike would consider our company.
Last I would like to say we have a very good relationship with the manufacturer that is making this bike. Besides our input we would be more then happy to get any input form all to pass on to help make these bikes that much better! Thanks again guys for making this thread so popular! If anything is needed you know we are here to try and help! Also if you would like to check out some pics of the Jetmoto 200cc bikes the link to our site is belowwwwww!

John,
I really think that is a great move. I have read ALOT of good things on the Jetmoto product. I had even thought about being a dealer and went as far as the application but the up front costs were more than I could handle. Its good that a dealer like you and a company like Jetmoto can get together and make something even better. I know Jetmoto will take alot of input from you on improvements to make something better. Yamoto could have been good with Patriot but the lawsuit killed them. Good luck with the Jetmoto venture. I think it will be good for you and all your customers.

Again I would like to thank all of the forum members for make the Yamoto GY 200 thread so popular and active. As I posted before (and most of you already know) we do not sell Yamoto products any longer, for many reasons but for now I will not get into all that! Raceway ATV and Jetmoto USA have made a joint venture agreement and we are now offering the full line of Jetmoto USA products.
One of the Jetmoto products that we are carrying is the Jetmoto Enduro 200cc motorcycle. The 200cc enduro is a great quality machine. As posted in other parts of the ATV Connection forums some customers have posted reviews on the Jetmoto products and were very pleased with the quality and performance of each bike. We are very confident that the Jetmoto products are just about the best out there in the import market, and Raceway ATV and Jetmoto USA are constantly working together to try and make them even better!
All of the posts in this thread will always remain but we will be changing the name of this thread to the Jetmoto Enduro 200cc motorcycle.
Most of the parts for the Jetmoto 200cc and the Yamoto 200cc motorcycles will interchange.
So if there is any need at all out there for parts please feel free to contact us.
We are also posting a few pictures and spec's of the Jetmoto 200cc motorcycle to check out! This unit is a green sticker for the state of California.
Thanks again to all of you that take the time out to make these forums as GREAT as they are!

I picked up a Jetmoto 200 Enduro mototrcycle yesterday and my oldest son is going to be modifying it for a off road race. Im hoping to get another one and we will race them in a Family Enduro. It would consist of 50 miles or so of off road trail/fire roads. What I think would be neat is to modify one for my son to ride and have me ride one thats bone stock. Were going to find out if the machine is up to any sort of competitive event. And also find out what modifications are needed to make it better. My son didnt get it completely put togheter last nite but should finish it up today. I'll let you know how it goes.

No real riding time to report yet but The oldest son did get it together and running. It runs well and feels like a real motorcycle. The son has some plans to lighten it up for off road use. I found a set of DID gold anodized rims laying around that should fit it and he's making a aluminum skid plate for it too. There are plans to replace all the steel brackets with aluminumm and see how light we can get it. We will also most likely open up the exhaust and probubly try a bigger carb too. This Jetmoto 200 Enduro will be modified fairly heavily to see what it can do. And if succesful, some of the parts could make it to the production version some day.

hey guys glad to see theres a small cult following of the gy200. Im pickin mine up this week,,,havnt had a chance to ride it yet at all, but i was aware of the sprocket change already and the one i am purchasing has a smaller sprocket...not sure how many teeth,,,and im pretty sure it has a normal shift patern, ill give you all an update on how it runs and want not. Im lookin forward to throwin on a few upgrades to get some good highway use out of it. Being im only 150 lbs, this should be interesting. look for an update.

one more thing, i read that someone cut open their exaust, they explained it, but for a novice id like to see pics so i could do it befor having to dump money on a better pipe...one more thing, id like to know how much this jet moto bike is befor i jumo on the gy, although im rather sure the gy is what ill get being its already available. thanks.

Looks like no ones been around a while...i got my GY and im real happy! i do have the foreign shift pattern but in all reality its better then the american standard....keeps you from downshifting on accident when shiftin around on the bike....I havnt had a chance to get it out and really see what it can do yet...insurance is a slight problem as you guys warned......not to mention ive been having a hell of a time aquireing my permit to ride..i know i know its odd, i just let my old one expire since i didnt have a bike. The seating position is a little to get used to since its a bit smaller then my DRZ 400 i had, but its no big thing.......i also got the bike with the small sprocket on it already, and seems as though im doin around 45-50 with lots of room to go yet...nothing changing the exaust wont fix.....anyhow, happy riding.

Welcome to the forum leemajors! What exactly is the foreign shift pattern? 1 up, 4 down? Are you planning on using this both on and off road?

My son has ridden the 200 for about 5 hours completely stock. He says it feels heavy but stable. I have ridden it and would have to agree. The suspension is fine for little bumps at slower speeds, just what it was designed for. My son didnt feel like pushing it to far without trying to get the weight down some. It could be a hand full at speed off road, just like my '83 XL600 is. There isnt enough suspension travel for the weight of the bike. On the road both bikes feel real nice. My XL600 is the only bike I own that I can compare the Jetmoto 200. It of course isnt as fast as the XK 600 but they do have a similar feel to them. That is all in the past for this Jetmoto 200 though.
My son began removing excess weight for off road use last weekend. He is cutting off excess mounts and braces and is hoping to take 35-40 lbs off of it. There is a big pile growing already. He got the reaar wheel laced up with the gold anodized rim and the front one should be done this weekend. I am going to be making a larger header pipe and adapting a spark arrestor to it. We are hoping to try a bigger carb and will be putting a UNI POD air filter on which ever carb we end up using. That will help make room for the battery being moved under the seat. The head/tail lights will stay on and my son is hooked on the e-start button. And to think he laughed at me when I bought my KTM 400 because it had a e- start button. I will get some pics up when it is done, and probubly should take some of the transformation too.
