Thanks for the welcome. I just looked thru it and yes it does have an exploded view and step by step instructions on removal and assembly of the clutch. I also agree if Yamaha parts will fit then definitly use them. Also, I'm nearly positive Yamaha parts are interchangable with most any of the part on this particular machine.

Well if you have the part numbers of the pieces (plates I suspect) the dealer says they need send that info to the places I mentioned and see if you have any luck.

Actuy i have had no progress at all with my clutch. it turns out i am takeing it back home this weekend and its gonna have to sit in my yard until i figure something out. i havent looked into it much yet. but theres a brand called panterra that sells the quad. dont know if it will provide any help but its just the last website that i havent checked.

jianshe400, Im guessing you didnt have the clutch pulled out? So you still dont know if the stock Yamaha parts will or wont fit?

I'll be removing mine sometime this winter probably so I will keep everyone updated and be sure to snap some pictures

Thanks alot, I should be able to handle the job but i'll let you know if I have any issues. I'll get to it sooner or later. Sometime after I buy a new or newer Yamaha Grizzly 700 in the next few weeks I'm sick of tinkering with this thing for now.

Great news for you. The hell with screwing around with the Chinese ATV, get a good one but you'll get so damn bored from riding it all the time since you don't spend any time fixing it or trying to find parts!
