Tao Tao 110cc new atv questions

I've given up at this point on the carb problem. It runs fine with the kids on there. I turned the throttle down now so it doesn't do it as much when I am on there. I guess it isn't getting as much gas or something so it isn't shutting itself off.
I'm more concerned with the sound that one is making. It sounds horrible and the other sounds good. I don't know where to start.

See if you can pin point where the noise is coming from. If you have a stethoscope that would be great if not try a long handle screwdriver just put the handle to your ear and the tip at different places on the engine while it's running. Listen up at the head, at the cylinder wall (left and right side), down at the crank case (left and right side), back at the transmission (left and right side). Let us know what you find.

Sounds like the float is stuck open on both bikes. You need to pull both carbs and clear any debris in the float needle valve. When you reassemble the carbs you want to set the floats so they shut the valve when the bowl is full. You will see a little tang on the float pivot that the valve needle rides on. You can bend this slightly so as the float rises in the bowl it closes the valve instead of hitting the top of the bowl and holding the valve open.
After that inspect the whole fuel system, tank and fuel line, for debris. It would be a good idea to add a fuel filter while you’re at it.
After that you need to change the oil in both bikes. It’s very common when the bowl on these bikes overflow for raw gas to run into the crankcase and contaminate the oil. Considering the cost of a couple of quarts of oil verse an engine this is cheep insurance.
If you have any questions just ask.

I retract this statement. Today after more extensive riding BOTH four wheelers started acting up. They did the same thing. They both started overflowing with gasoline out of the carbs. Coming out the overflow line, the side of the carb and the air filter. I took one of them apart and couldn't see anything wrong. Any suggestions?
I dropped them off at the dealer today for him to fix. I pulled off one of the carbs but I was having a tough time getting the carb opened. The screws wouldn't back out. So I called the guy and he said he would do it under warranty for me. He also said he would adjust the breaks for me.
That is very impressive... most only warranty parts.

Josh,
Do you want a couple of 110cc ATV manuals that show how to do all this adjustment stuff? They aren't for your specific ATV, but they are similar enough that the adjustment procedures will be exactly the same.
I you want them then send me an email address by private message and I'll email them back. Together they are just under 5 MBytes. They are in pdf format.
