Just wanted to send you guys another update. The machines are running fine since the motor was replaced in one of them. I am still having trouble with the machines bogging on take off if they give it full throttle. I tried to adjust the top needle up and down and it didn't help. My kids are now interested in doing the local dirtdrag race. My fusion 110cc is ready and is smoking fast out of the hole. I think my 6 year old has a chance. My tao tao machines will out run a can am ds 90 but they are slugs out of the hole. Any other suggestions? Could it be the timing?

I called tao tao again today. Got someone in our country this time. He was not great to talk to but gave me another suggestion. He said the intake manifold gasket or manifold oring could be bad. Going to tell my daaler and see if they can fix it.

Default Lean or rich

This is a great website for determining the condition of your spark plug. I have a printed color copy in my shop.

Default stupid question

How do I open the master cylinder to add fluid? Are those two allen heads? If so, what size? I just installed new brakes and now need to add fluid and bleed them. By the way, great post guys! It was helpful to me!

I you want them then send me an email address by private message and I'll email them back. Together they are just under 5 MBytes. They are in pdf format.

I know this is an old thread but if you still have those I would like them. I just bought a used one that all i can find is a label 2009 and taotao with 107cc on it. I know nothing about it...tow or four stroke, mixed gas or not, where all the electrical cables go to or how to make adjustments to brakes, steering, etc.

If you are still around that would be very helpful.

thanks

tony
