Just Googled it, if I knew what engine it is I maybe could help more but Chinese stuff usually has either a GY6 or Minarelli engine if it has variator transmission, but the above posts discount GY6, is it a two stroke Minarelli? Not sure what you mean by clutch either, as most little variator quads let the belt run slack at tickover rather than have a proper clutch.
