ok back from michigan had to go to chrysler school anyway the hot wire for the cdi comes from the brake switch i found out with a test light at the cdi no power when i hook up the hot wire to the front brake switch then it gets power to the cdi the other wire coming of the brake switch turns on the brake light if i put hot to it so i have to leave it hook up which also in turn makes it start/cranck in gear without holding the brake on weird!

When you turn on the ignition switch the switched power should connect the CDI power pin. It goes elsewhere as well, such as the brake switch, headlight switch, voltage regulator (sometimes), and anything else than needs switches 12 volt power.
If I understand your post correctly your CDI power is wired to the other side of the brake switch that only gets power when the ignition switch is on *and* the brake switch is on. This is wrong.
If you find this is the case then your quad has had its wiring hacked. So did the wiring harness burn up due to a gasoline fire, or did it burn up because of incorrect wiring?
I would rewire it so the CDI gets DC power when the ignition switch is on. Then see if the quad starts and runs. If so then the next step is look at the charging system, starter motor interlock features, etc.
