I had the same problem with my kazuma 250 i had to clean the whole carb inside and out with carb cleaner, then spray every thing out with my air compressor, no more issues. Runs like a champ, so much power, it broke the rear passenger rear wheel clean off. Now its a three wheeler

 

doing the same thing again broke the tip off the air fuel mix screw bc it was bent and its idleing but cant give it gas or it will die
