So the question is: Does any kill switch work, or is it just the kill switch section of your ignition switch that doesn't work?
Just the ignition switch doesn't turn off the engine.

One more thing I want to add is something that the ATV is doing weird. When I give it full throttle and get it to top speed the bike sounds likes it's hesitating and causes the bike to vibrate a lot. Anyone know what this might be caused by?

So the kill switch section of your ignition switch is not working. Did you unplug the remote module? If so that explains it. Unplugging the remote will disable all the remote functions, but there is one added feature: You won't be able to turn off the quad with the ignition switch. You'll have to use the left handlebar kill switch instead.

If you really did unplug the remote, then to restore the ability to kill the engine with the ignition switch can be restored by adding a jumper across two pins on your remote connector. We can explore that route if you desire. But most just get used to using the handlebar kill switch...
