Default Jianshe 400 clutch

So after lots of research I have found out my main clutch is probably good and my plates are shot! Or I have the wrong kind of oil in it! I haven't ripped it apart yet cause i am trying to get the rest of the season outta it! What it does is when first started it will take off fine in first but when I hit second its good at low rpm but will slip at higher rpms with Hardly any torque, and does this with the rest of gears till i drive a couple miles than it quits slipping, I have a hard time making it slip after this so does anybody have any ideas or had this same prob! Also it seems like it will skip once in while in second, I dunno if this is related or not
