Chinese 110cc ATV (Coolster3050c) wont start
Hey guys,
I am new to the world of Chinese atv's and decided to give it a try due to reading a lot of reviews that they sometimes last at least a few years. Purchase a brand new Coolster 110cc model 3050c to be exact and my some rode it twice and I opened the throttle some and it ran fine that day and now it just turns over but will not start. I have confirmed it is getting fuel and has spark also as I stated before it is brand new with a fully charged battery. Was told by the shop I bought it from when I returned it for them to check it that is has no compression. Can anyone please help me to figure out how to restore compression and would I just need another motor. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. He is looking forward to going ride again over the weekend and I am kinda upset I won't be able to make it happen without any help. Thanks in advance

If you are very lucky, you may just need to re set the valve clearances. If you are not lucky, you may have seized the piston, or a valve could have come loose. If re setting valve clearance doesn't fix it, a strip of the head and cylinder is needed to find out what went wrong. Trouble is, on an engine this new, a seizure could be down to a faulty oil pump or un-drilled oilway, so you have to be sure of why it seized as well, if that turns out to be the problem.
