Default Lg 90 Chinease quad

Quad will idle and run, even rev up perfectly on jack stand. Put on the ground and give it gas will barley move, any ideas? ...cleaned carb, bought new carb, new NGK plug, new intake manifold, new reed valve, gas lines, fuel filter....same results

As you mention "reed valve" I assume it has a Minarelli engine. If it stalls when you try to rev up, could the electric choke be giving problems? They are on choke (actually excess fuel being allowed in) all the time, except when the alternator has warmed a heating coil inside the choke mechanism.

If it revs up OK but doesn't move, you probably have a clutch problem. Does it roll freely? If the brakes are binding it may stall out.

Finally, is the exhaust bunged up with carbon? Though I wouldn't expect it to rev much without load if this were the case.

Default Update.

A roller had flipped out of place. Clutch was gummed up pretty bad, cleaned it real good with carb cleaner. Runs like a raped ape
