Kazuma 90cc
#1
So I got my hands on a cheap 90cc that I’m trying to rebuild for my nephew, I suck at wiring let’s just put it at that. Bought everything new from wiring harness, stator, coil, solenoid, key, etc etc. Long story short, I am able to get it to turn over but it isn’t getting any spark at all, I even tried removing the kill switch wire that connects to the cdi box but I am still not getting any spark, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do the wiring circuit tests outlined in the help diagnose stator sticky at the top of this section. This should narrow down which part of the ignition circuit is faulty. You can then check wiring connections in that part and possibly swap the suspect part with the original, which you removed. Do not take those ohm & voltage readings as gospel, each make/model will have different readings, but no resistance or open circuit, where there should be a resistance, means bad.
