Hey I am really bored and want to cut my fenders on my warrior....do all i have to do is cut them rivets out and take that piece off then sand it down? or is it more compliccated? please reply soon cuz I feel liek doing this tonight

 

u can either cut them off but it is alot easier to get a drill bit that is a little biger than the center of the rivet and drill the center out and th black piece will fall right off but be careful up by ur gas tank

 

then what could I use to cut them so the holes arent there?a sander? or should I use a sawzaw?

 

Just drill the rivits out then with a small/fine wood saw cut off the overlap plastic around the whole fender with the holes in it. Then with fine sand paper go over the edges to smooth them out.

 

I just used a utility knife to remove the mounting lip, just watch your fingers.

 

K I drilled the rivets out, took the black things off, cut the lip things off using a saber-saw, and used an air-sander and and sanded some parts by hand...looks pretty good...thanks
