go to Pep Boys or Autozone & go to the performance area. you can find a paper/metal or stainless steel. both run about $10. you will have to "sleeve" your existing hose with the next size bigger but it will work fine. with the stainless filter if you have any blow by you can clean the filter out. i ran mine up ti the top of my shrouds... or to the top of the baja lights.

Better yet skip the messy filter all together. Pick up about 6ft of hose and run it up and over your radiator, around your oil tank and down through the bottom of the frame between the a-arms. No mess to deal with.....

I use a small K&N filter that I bought at a parts store. I ran the hose up beside the tube from the carb to the air filter. Keeping it up here keeps it out of the dirt and water. I also cut up an old outerwear to cover the little filter.

I had to look threw some old bills, but i think the part # is 62-1010 which should be a K&N part number.
