Question RAPTOR 125 Loose Throttle

So after cleaning my carb on my Tao Tao Raptor 125 my throttle got loose... I dont really know how to explain it but I have to push a the throttle in a little bit more than half of the max it goes before it even starts accelerating... I think it has something to do with the cord that goes down to the needle in the carb but I dont know how to fix it...

Cables are adjustable, usually by lengthening the outer where it screws into the box on the handlebars. However as this suddenly occurred after a carb cleaning, most likely you have lost a ferrule off the end of the outer cable, where it goes into the carb.

What would be the fix if that is the situation? It might be that because I had cleaned the carb 2 or 3 times since my ATV wasn't reaching the top speed like before and even after cleaning it it still doesn't

If it is missing, try to get hold of the ferrule. Almost certain to be a copy of a Honda engine and carb so Honda C90 Cub parts should fit. If there is nothing missing, adjust the cable adjuster to give 1/4" movement before it starts opening the throttle.
