I have owned Suzuki ATV's and Arctic Cat snowmobiles. The Suzuki motors are nothing to feel uncomfortable about. I would rate them right along side of Honda on any given day of the week.

you're right about that, arctic cat makes the fastest snowmobile. The Firecat 700 is the fastest sled on snow, it will annhilate every other brands 800's.

Yea, considering it's so light.

Power is not the only issue in snowmos... You got clutch calibration and weight.

I'd still pick a ZR 900 over a F7...

Well, it all leads down to rider preference. I'm with you, i'd take the 900 also. It's a torque monster, I rode my buddy's and the power was unbelievable. The F7 is more of a racer/ditch banger but is really fast. I was on my dad's Ski Doo MXZ 600 going 102 MPH and a Firecat just flew by me. I couldn't believe it!

Hehe. Nothing flew by me when I had my Mach Z... Gosh I miss that old sucker... Didn't handle all that great but was the baddest lake machine you can find. Man those triple piped Rotax triples were godly... Now all we have is twins... Sigh.

Oh well... I've never rode or seen an F7 on powder...so I can't really tell ya .

I've ridden a ZR 800 and it was crazy. With 192 studs, you could loop that thing on a wheelie.... Sick handling too.
