My '05 650 needs a belt adjustment after 150 miles. I have about 1.5 inch in deflection. Noticed it required a special tool for holding down the wheel to loosen the center nut. Any tips for getting the nut off w/o that tool? ...I do not have a impact wrench.

..Muddy.....u can use a bar to hold the primary...........and turn the nut off.........remeber it is left hand thread......to pull the primary u need a clutch pulling tool and it will tread in right hand ......you have to takea shim or 2 out of the secondary to t9ght9n the belt...the deflection should be no tighter tham 17 mm
