HUnting is coming up!!! I got me a buck tag for ND as well, hoping for some meat this year as it goes fast.

Got my .270 sighted in and shot a golf ball at 50 yards, then almost hit another at 150. Good enough for me.

 

hey guys, well i had a very unsucessful deer season, dee you didn't miss much this year. and gabe i added you on facebook, i think it was under gabe and barbara. the 7mm short mag was sighted in this year and i was like elmer fudd but only saw 4 deer the first weekend and nothing the second or third weekend. leading up to deer season we used the landcruiser alot then when deer season rolled around we used atv's cause it got a lil wet. we did manage to catch someone tresspassing on our land a couple weekends before hunting season and my dad went after them with the cruiser and he said he had it airborn and he caught them within a minute and they were about 1/4 mile away. who knew the cruiser had more power in it's pathetic power state then a polaris ranger. i will put up a pic of the cruiser in my pics as it sits now. i was leaving ruts with it about 2 feet deep and it kept going, i love them tsl's.

 

Sorry to hear. I myself bagged a 6 pt buck at spider lake.

 

ok i put two pics in my profile, one of the first day i brought the cruiser home and the last pic of it updated. i did a few obvioius changes and alot you can't see like all new tie rod ends all new brake lines, i rebuilt all the brakes, all new lights, all new suspension all new autometer gauges, new seat covers. i made a frame and i have a rear seat out of a suzuki samurai for the back also i put on an xd9000i warm winch and ipf lights. for this summer i plan on putting in a roll cage power steering cd player and a chevy 350 conversion. then i am about done. anyone have a crappy 69 charger they want to give me to start on next? i would even take a 67 shelby gt500 mustang.

Good job v2 with the deer hunt, I got a little buck (two pointer, 10 inches long) and then the smallest doe I have ever shot. About the size of a lab. But hey, I wanted some meat!!! weez, I will check out your picts now too.
