i got my polaris loving nephew to join atvconnection and his first post is an arctic cat slamfest. he will soon learn that slamming has its consequences.

Next time you take your little nephew out riding, ask him privately: what is his purpose, bashing another brand of ATV besides his own? What does he expect to accomplish by his action?

Not singling out your kinfolks (his behavior is far too common), but I'm curious. Why bash another's quad? If he drives (I doubt he's old enough for a license) a Ford, does he pick fights with those who park Chevys in the Wal-Mart lot? I doubt it. Yet, he hops on the anonymous Internet and bashes a brand of ATV and, by inference, all who ride them. Why?

Anyway, if you get an answer, please share it.

Didn't his polaris breakdown on him on your last ride together? Brand bashing...it reminds me of when I was in elementary school and we would make fun of this girl, really bad. When we got to high school she was the hottest thing around and wouldn't have a thing to do with us. Like I said it is only a matter of time before we see Calvin and Hobbs stickers peeing on other quads.

I'm shooting for a ride on the 16th or 17th of March Texascat, interested?

you're right, bashing anothers quad is like a john deere owner bashing a caterpillar. i'll say what countless others have said before---no manufacturer makes a bad quad.
