I got my rope the other day!!! This stuff is really cool!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Way better then cable!!!

The rope comes with a little eyelet for mounting, so I tapped a thread hole thru the drum and bolted it on.

50' of rope is just a bit to much to spool all the way on though. There is about 5' or 6' left that I just have rapped around my front rack.

I think the rope is the ticket....scrap the crappy cable!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

Vewdew, if you only have 6ft of cable on during the winter how do you get out of a hole when you are out playing instead of plowing? Do you always have someone else with you when you go out in the winter? I love to play in the snow and do lost of trail riding in the winter, so I was just wondering[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

shmoky: Cant get in the woods here in the winter. Average over 30inches of snow in the bush. Only place to ride is on groomed sled trails (which i will not do) or open fire/logging roads. Usually dont travel alone.
