i remember another person had your same problem, they needed a bigger pilot and it solved the problem, dont ask me why, probley part of the reason i sold my 230, i was takin offence, i was just busting you chops [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] , and had to day something. i would try like a 22 pilot, and make sure the air screw is at 2 3/4 turns, btw i like your icon.

Every thing in the carb is totally different. After we did that we mounted an aircraft guarded switch for the kill switch, and made a hood out of aircraft aluminum. This weekend will be it's first full test. I just added it to my photo page. The wife is VERY happy.
